For example, there may be time periods where we are offline for maintenance or upgrades, you understand that the services offered here are not guarantee’s to be online all the time and we offer no service level agreement.

Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can refund you the remaining credit you have left in your account, as long as you meet the following criteria:

  • You purchased the credit in the last 14 days (if it was longer ago refunds cannot be issued).
  • You are not requesting a refund because of temporary service downtime (for example if the service is down for maintenance).
  • You are only making a request for the amount of credit you have left in your account (for example, we cannot refund $100 top-up if you have used $60 of your credit, we can only refund $40 for example.)
